TERMS and Condition

The Terms and Conditions displayed below are a very important part of the booking procedure. Here you will find everything you need to know about our booking policies.  We  don't  put  specific  dates  on  our  packages the only requirement  is  that  we  only  operate  for  groups of 2  and  up,  we  recomend  a weekend arrival  and departure.  Once  you have  selected  your arrival date and  package we  will  make  all  the  arrangements  for your arrival  including making all your  hotel/villa reservations  and  assigning  your  Escort/tour Manager  who will contact  you immediatly.

 

PRICES

Prices for Penny’s Jamaica Adventures packages  are  per person and is  only valid for our  land packages only, flights  are  not  included, These prices goes  into  effect starting September 1st 2016 until May 31st 2017. Rates are quoted in US $. Air port departure taxes are not  included . Prices may be subject to change at the discretion of Penny’s Jamaica Adventure.

 

BOOKING POLICY

Customers can book their tours straight through our Booking Forms, which can be found in every tour page of our website. After choosing your  package you can  send  us  an inquiry  and  we  will contact  you  immediately, or  you  can  access our BOOK NOW button, displayed on the upper right side of each tour page. Customers will need to fill out the form and then pay  the  appropriate deposits. The booking forms may vary a little from tour to tour, but all of them will have the basic information request, such as: CUSTOMER’S NAME, TOUR,  After the payment is made, customers will  receive  a  conformation packet via email .

 

5 Day Package

A Deposit of $250 per person

Final  payment due 30  day prior to arrival

 

8 & 9 Day Package

A Deposit of $350 per person

Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival

 

15 Day Package

A Deposit of $450 per person

Final  payment due 45 days prior to arrival

 

There is 15% none–refundable deposit   full  payment and  the  balance  is  due  30  days  prier to travel, To request availability for a tour, simply fill out the contact form with your name and e-mail address in the contacts page, give us basic information like the intended tour, the date and the number of participants. After you receive our confirmation, just go to the tour page and fill out the booking form. You will be asked to read and agree with our  terms and conditions before you check out and pay the deposit. Do not miss any required information, otherwise the booking form will not go through. After the payment is registered, booking procedure is complete and customer will receive a payment receipt via e-mail.

Our tours require at least 02 people in order for us  to  operate, but  if  your  are traveling  solo  you  are  more  than welcome  to  purchase a single ticket pay  your  deposit

PAYMENT POLICY

Seat availability is guaranteed upon payment of deposit through the website.

Accepted Payment Methods:  Penny’s Adventure Jamaica  accepts major credit cards via Paypal, and electronic bank transfer If you wish to make an electronic bank transfer, please request our bank account info via e-mail. When customers check out from our booking software, they are taken to a Paypal environment, outside our website.

International bank wiring is accepted in some rare cases, but usually a transaction fee is applied.

Customers may choose to pay in full . For that, we also use Paypal or bank transfer. For full payments via Paypal there is a 7% surcharge.

 

Payments though Paypal have to be made with the use of a credit , debit card. Balance can  alsp  be  paid  by  the same  credit  card  just  let  us  know  and  we will  apply  the  final  payment .

LIABILITY

Here at  Penny’s Adventure Jamaica claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or schedule change due to weather, strike or any other cause beyond Penny’s  Adventure’s control. All of our  itineraries comes  with  your  own personal  escort/tour guide  that  accompany you  on  all  your  outings  and  is always  within  reach at  all  times  so  we will make every effort to safeguard our guests  and their personal property, but cannot be held responsible for personal events beyond the tour operators control, or to damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside the touring program. Penny’s Adventure Jamaica acts in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any, hotel, other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays. We therefore advise all guest to have comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies. 

 

 

Penny’s Adventure  Jamaica  reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and in order to do so we maintain strict quality monitoring. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your tour package, we want to hear about it  right  away  so  we  fix  it  right  away. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident arises  we  will  provide  you  with  local cell phones  so  you  have  a direct  link  to  you escort/tour manager 24/7. All information in the website is subject to change. Penny's Adventures reserves the right to alter/change/correct mistakes that may possibly appear in the website or published price lists.

 

Penny's Adventures also assumes no responsibility for any act of negligence or omission whatsoever, by any company whose services are used as part of packages provided.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

 

Cancellation made  by Penny'Adventures 

 

If a decision needs to be made, in terms of changing the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, like forest fires, floods, breakdowns, traffic jams, heavy rain, thunder storms or anything else that cannot be foreseen at this time, it will all be left to the discretion of the escort /tour manager in charge.

If a sightseeing tour or an adventure tour needs to be cancelled right in the middle of it, due to sudden weather changes that can put  our customers at risk, we will then take customers back to their hotel. If customers can reschedule the tour.

 

If the tour needs to be cancelled by Penny's Adventures right before it starts, for any possible reason, will do our best to  reschedule or  substitute for another attraction. The group may also choose another alternative date for the tour. In this case, 

 

Cancellation made by customers

Sightseeing Tours and most of the  outdoor activities in Jamaica , operates rain or shine , or even on cloudy conditions . Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day .  If customers cancel the trip right before it starts or less than a week prior to the tour date, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid previously. In a event of illness or any other type of problem or emergency that may prevent the customer from participating in the tour, the same rules will be applied and no refund will be given, if the attempt of cancelling the trip happens one week or less prior to the tour date.
